Scott M. Biller has lived in the Big Rapids area all his life. He graduated from Ferris State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a major in insurance. He became an agent in 1998 and co-owner of Biller Insurance, January of 1999.

Brent L. Biller has been a Big Rapids resident all his life. He graduated from Ferris State University with a bachelor's degree in Business and a major in Business Administration. He became an agent in 2004 and a co-owner of Biller Insurance in January of 2005.
